”How long are shipping times?”

Your order will typically arrive within 7-20 days from the date it’s shipped.

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to your email so you can see exactly where your package is.


What if my order is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at monaetrends@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


“What if I’m not satisfied with a product?”

Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us at monaetrends@gmail.com and we’ll  guide you through returns and offer you a full refund.


”Can I cancel my order?”

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, you have the option to cancel your order. Please contact us at monaetrends@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the cancellation process.

 

”If I receive the wrong product?”

Don’t worry you won’t have to return the product we will offer you a full refund.

 

”Do you offer exchanges?”

We don’t offer exchanges but if for some reason your product isn’t what you expected then we will happily just send you another one.
